Refund policy
Widerrufsrecht (Rückgabe & Umtausch)
Da unsere Produkte individuell auf Bestellung gefertigt werden (Print-on-Demand), besteht kein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB. Das bedeutet, dass eine Rückgabe oder ein Umtausch wegen falscher Größenwahl, Nichtgefallen oder anderer subjektiver Gründe ausgeschlossen ist.
Ausnahmen – Rückgabe & Umtausch möglich bei:
✔ Beschädigte oder fehlerhafte Artikel
✔ Falsches Produkt geliefert
✔ Mängel im Druck oder in der Verarbeitung
Falls dein Produkt betroffen ist, kontaktiere uns bitte innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt per E-Mail an chainjunkies24@gmail.com. Bitte sende eine Beschreibung des Problems sowie Fotos des Mangels mit.
Jeder Fall wird individuell geprüft. Je nach Situation bieten wir entweder Ersatz oder Rückerstattung an.
Rücksendung & Kosten
✔ Rückgaben müssen an folgende Adresse gesendet werden:

✔ Die Kosten für den Rückversand trägt der Kunde.
✔ Wichtig: Artikel, die ohne vorherige Rückgabeanfrage zurückgesendet werden, werden nicht akzeptiert.

Schäden & Probleme
Bitte überprüfe deine Bestellung bei Erhalt und kontaktiere uns umgehend, falls:
✔ Dein Artikel beschädigt oder defekt ist.
✔ Ein falsches Produkt geliefert wurde.
So können wir das Problem schnell lösen.
Nicht rückgabefähige Artikel
❌ Personalisierte Artikel & Sonderanfertigungen
❌ Angebotsartikel & Gutscheine
❌ Gefährliche Materialien, entflammbare Flüssigkeiten oder Gase
Falls du unsicher bist, ob ein Artikel rückgabefähig ist, kontaktiere uns gerne.
Umtausch
Falls du eine andere Größe oder ein anderes Modell möchtest, sende den erhaltenen Artikel zurück. Nach Akzeptanz der Rückgabe kannst du eine neue Bestellung aufgeben.
Europäische Union – 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht
Falls die Bestellung in die EU versendet wurde, hast du das Recht, sie innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen zu widerrufen.
✔ Der Artikel muss ungetragen, ungenutzt, mit Etiketten & Originalverpackung zurückgesendet werden.
✔ Ein Kaufnachweis ist erforderlich.
Rückerstattungen
✔ Du wirst benachrichtigt, sobald wir deine Rückgabe erhalten und geprüft haben.
✔ Bei Genehmigung erfolgt die Rückerstattung innerhalb von 10 Werktagen auf die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode.
Falls nach 15 Werktagen noch keine Erstattung eingegangen ist, kontaktiere uns unter chainjunkies24@gmail.com.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Exchanges)
Since our products are custom-made to order (Print-on-Demand), there is no legal right of withdrawal under § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB. This means that returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, dissatisfaction, or other subjective reasons are not possible.
Exceptions – Return & Exchange Possible If:
✔ The item is damaged or defective
✔ The wrong product was delivered
✔ There are defects in printing or manufacturing
If your product is affected, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at chainjunkies24@gmail.com. Include a description of the issue and photos of the defect.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will offer either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

✔ Returns must be sent to the following address:

✔ Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
✔ Important: Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
✔ Your item is damaged or defective.
✔ You received the wrong product.
This allows us to resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items

❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure whether an item is returnable, feel free to reach out.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or model, return the received item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason.
✔ The item must be unused, unworn, with tags & original packaging.
✔ A proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
✔ You will be notified once we receive and inspect your return.
✔ If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
